We’re glad to offer you our new gobelin style padded set – Italian Gobelin “Umber & Gold”. The color “Umber” derives its name from the mountainous Umbria region in Italy. The umber background is curved with a medieval floral motif.

Made with two layers of natural sheet batting, this set is suitable to be used as under-armor in full contact medieval combat sports. You are welcome to choose one of the standard sizes or to order a gambeson according to your personal measurements.

Italian Gobelin Padded Set is available in “Royal maroon”.

If you only require a gambeson and not matching stockings, you can order the Italian Gobelin Gambeson in “Umber & Gold” by itself.

The sleeves of this gambeson can be sewed to the body of the garment or be detachable, according to your needs. Our Italian Gobelin “Umber & Gold” Gambeson can be completed with sewn leather arming points for arm armor connection. One pair of arming points will be attached on the shoulders. Two pairs will be sewn to the sleeve above and under the elbow joint.

Please note: the sewn arming points may not fit the holes of your steel arm harness. In this case, you can easily unsew them and change the positions according to your needs.

    An incredible beautiful set of padding! The patterns are woven in the fabric and shine beautifully in the light. It feels light, but also very sturdy. I encourage to add the little extra charge for the etched brass buckles, they are perfect fit for it! I'll wear it with pride!
